How it works
Connecting businesses with community projects that need their skills. Real partnerships, real impact.

Community groups submit one-minute videos showcasing projects that need business expertise - from marketing help to strategic planning.
Connect
Businesses attend our matchmaking events to discover projects where their skills can make a real difference to local communities.
Collaborate
Form partnerships with clear goals and timelines. Leave with actionable plans and new connections that create lasting impact.
Success stories
We've seen genuine collaborations develop into tangible outcomes. From website redesigns and marketing campaigns to youth enterprise programmes and strategic consultancy, these partnerships demonstrate what happens when businesses and community organisations connect with shared purpose.
Here's what our participants have achieved together.
Better Futures designed a new website for our Therapeutic Community Journal. The redesign will help us share our therapeutic expertise with a global audience.
The Mulberry Bush & Better Futures
Our partnership resulted in virtual strategy meetings, influencer connections, CEO interview opportunities, and input on press releases for our Global Storybook Project.
The Nasio Trust and Lemongrass PR
Torchbox provided hands-on Mailchimp training to our fundraising team, showing us integration navigation and following up with detailed documentation, leaving us feeling much more confident.
Torchbox & Emmaus Oxford
Get Fed's coffee enterprise partnered with North South Wines for what we described as 'probably one of our all-time top 5 gigs' - our young entrepreneurs served coffee, toured the business, met the inspiring founder and were treated to lunch.

No. We welcome applications from registered charities, community interest companies, social enterprises, and informal community groups that serve the area where the event is taking place.
While attending in person offers the best opportunity to connect with potential business partners, we understand that not everyone can attend. If your video is selected and you cannot attend, we’ll try to arrange alternative ways for you to connect with interested businesses.
Your video should be a maximum one minute. Ideally, shorter.
By attending, you’re expressing interest in potentially supporting community projects. The level of commitment will depend on the projects you match with and your capacity. Typically, projects run until December with varying time requirements.
Collaboration Exchange creates meaningful, time-bound projects with clear outcomes rather than ongoing volunteer commitments. It’s designed to leverage your professional expertise for maximum impact.
Yes! We actively encourage collaboration between multiple businesses to address more complex community needs or larger projects.
